Kinetics of the formation reactions of trichloro- and tribromomethyl hypohalites and alcohols in the gas-phase: Theoretical study

The kinetics of the recombination reactions leading to formation of the respective chlorinated and brominated methyl hypohalites and alcohols was studied theoretically. The high-pressure limiting rate constants for the reactions under investigation were evaluated in the temperature range of 200-400 K.
