Dissociation of the NO-CH4 van der Waals complex: Binding energy and correlated motion of the molecular fragments

Velocity map imaging has been used to measure (a) the binding energy of the NO-CH4 van der Waals complex and (b) the correlated motion of the NO and CH4 products following photodissociation of the complex.
