Surface photovoltage study of photogenerated charges in ZnO nanorods array grown on ITO

Surface photovoltage of chemically synthesized ZnO nanorods array shows spectrum-dependent characteristic. The feature is demonstrated by Kelvin probe and lock-in amplifier based measurement. The figure shows exciton-related photovoltage response when the interface between ITO and ZnO nanorods is excited.
