Ultrafast charge transfer in surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) processes using transient reflecting grating (TRG) spectroscopy

The number density of CT electrons had a large correlation to the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) enhancement. The requirement to increase the CT electrons is that the adsorption energy state position in ultrafast time region is closer to the excited energy state position of gold.
