Control of multiwall carbon nanotubes dispersion in polyamide6 matrix: An assessment through electrical conductivity

Sodium salt of 6-aminohexanoic acid (Na-AHA) induced dispersion of MWNT in melt-mixed PA6/MWNT composites has led to significant refinement in the 'network-like structure' of MWNT even at lower concentration. This resulted in reduced percolation threshold of MWNT (0.5 wt%) in PA6/MWNT composites.
