Novel synthesis and optical properties of Sm3+ doped Au- polyvinyl alcohol nanocomposite films

Samarium doped Au nanocomposite polymer films were synthesized in room temperature. Au nanoparticles play crucial role to quench the fluorescence of samarium ions.
