CRD and LIF spectra of the CaBr and CaI radicals

The comparison of the absorption and the emission spectra of the two components of the C2Π-X2Σ+ of the CaI radical formed by reaction of Ca with CH2I2 in a Broida oven confirms the assumption already made that the C2Π3/2 component is pre-dissociated.
