The temperature dependence of the kinetic isotope effect in the reaction of F atoms with CH4 and CD4

The ratio of the rate constants of the reactions F + CH4 → HF + CH3 and F + CD4 → DF + CD3 has been studied over the temperature range 183-298 K.
