Molecular dynamics studies of protein-fragment models encapsulated into carbon nanotubes

Molecular dynamics sstudies of model peptides interacting with carbon nanotubes revealed that biomolecules tend to remain in a conformation similar to the native one, even after encapsulation into nanotubes.
