Do more strongly hydrogen-bonded water molecules reorient more slowly ?

From numerical simulations and based on our molecular jump mechanism, we show that the fast limited librational reorientation of water depends on the initial OH frequency, i.e. the hydrogen-bond strength, but that the long-time reorientation does not.
