Intracellular quantification by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy

An intracellular quantification procedure based on the pasmon or back scattering peak of gold nanoparticles is presented. This concept was then used to estimate the lysosomal concentration of DAMP using surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.
