New calculation method on the lifetime of the reactive scattering resonance states

This is the PPES of the I + HI reaction system, from which we can see the reaction has a short lifetime, and fails to form scattering resonance state. But we can obtain wells named dynamic 'Eyring Lake' in transition region from the curves of PPES (viz. V1(s) + εn(s)).
