Second harmonic generation from individual hybrid MnPS3-based nanoparticles investigated by nonlinear microscopy

Second harmonic generation responses from nanoparticles formed by organic molecules embedded in inorganic MnPS3 lamellar structures are investigated. Individual nanoparticles imaged using nonlinear microscopy with polarization resolution show high efficiency in one-dimensional structure, which size is estimated to be around 90 nm.
