Growth of single crystalline ZnxCd1−xS nanocombs by metallo-organic chemical vapor deposition

Single crystalline ZnxCd1−xS nanocombs were prepared by a one-step metallo-organic chemical vapor deposition. The asymmetric growth behavior of the nanocombs is likely to be induced by the polarization of the c-plane.
