Electron impact vibrational excitation of F2CO molecules: A comparison with H2CO

Electron impact vibrational excitation cross sections are presented for carbonyl fluoride (F2CO). Measurements have been done for two fundamental modes; the CO stretching and the FCF symmetric vibrational modes. We observed some resonance peak.
