Investigation into effects of electron transporting materials on organic solar cells with copper phthalocyanine/C60 heterojunctions

Many other materials can be taken into account as ETLs in organic photovoltaic devices based on CuPc/C60 heterojunctions. CuPc as an ETL offers a superior device stability to BCP.
