Detection of Cu(hfac)(tmvs) by Li+ ion attachment mass spectrometry

Schematic of the experimental setup. The system consists of a QMS equipped with a Li+ ion attachment reaction chamber. A gaseous stream of the Cu(hfac)(tmvs) reagent from a sample vessel is directed into the reaction chamber through a variable-conductance valve (VCV). TMP: turbomolecular pump.
