Electrospinning of polycrystalline barium titanate nanofibers with controllable morphology and alignment

Ribbon-like barium titanate nanofibers have been produced by electrospinning. The morphology and aspect ratio of the fibers can be controlled by varying the concentration of metal alkoxide in the spinning solution and the feed rate.
