Dynamic nuclear polarization-enhanced 1H-13C double resonance NMR in static samples below 20Â K

► Double resonance probe for low temperature DNP. ► Carr-Purcell experiments allow to extend the effective T2. ► Simulation of T2 in Carr-Purcell experiments allows to estimate correlation time. ► DOTOPA-TEMPO enables shorter DNP build-up times compared to TOTAPOL. ► Feasibility of 2D measurements is demonstrated on a sample of amyloid-beta fibrils.
