SERF-filtered experiments: New enantio-selective tools for deciphering complex spectra of racemic mixtures dissolved in chiral oriented media

► Chiral liquid crystals as NMR solvent is a powerful tool to visualize enantiomers. ► It is hard to get a set of dipolar couplings for each enantiomers of racemic mixtures. ► The 1H SERF-filtered-SERF is presented for deciphering 1H spectra of enantiomers. ► The 1H version allows enhancing the spectral resolution of SERFph spectra. ► This experiment permits to assign all H,H dipolar couplings for each enantiomer.
