Elaboration of an Ag°/TiO2 platform for DNA detection by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy

► We elaborate SERS platform for label free DNA detection. ► The platform is made of TiO2 and Ag nanoparticles. ► We take benefit from the photocatalytic properties and photohydrophilicity of TiO2 film. ► We improve the DNA grafting and surface coverage. ► We improve the Raman spectra of DNA: single strand and double strand.
