Structure of the In-rich InAs (001) surface

► We investigate the In-rich InAs (001) surface structure at room and at low temperatures. ► At room temperature the surface is described by fluctuating zeta model. ► At cryogenic temperatures transition to a different structure is observed. ► The structure is surface-stoichiometry dependent.
