Electronic and structural properties of armchair SWCNT/TiO2(110)-(1 × 2) system

► Adsorption conditions of CNTs on TiO2 rutile surfaces were investigated. ► Electronic band structures were obtained to study the band gap states. ► Charge density states were used to identify orbital characters of the bonds.
