- Highly efficient ultrasonic spraying method to fabricate the transparent conducting films using graphene oxide and single-walled carbon nanotube.
- Sheet resistance of transparent conducting films was significantly improved by nitric acid treatment.
- Exceptionally low surface roughness was obtained by combining the ultrasonic spraying and peel-off process.
A simple and industrially scalable ultrasonic spraying was used to prepare an ultrasmooth transparent conductive films (TCFs) of graphene oxide (GO) and single-walled nanotube (SWNT). The hybridization of two-dimensional reduced GO (rGO) and one-dimensional SWNT on polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) film resulted in flexible TCFs. The vapor treatment of nitric acid on the rGO/SWNT film revealed a significant decrease in sheet resistance. The peeled-off rGO/SWNT/PMMA film from the glass substrate exhibited an exceptionally low surface roughness of 0.54 nm with a light transmittance of 85% and a sheet resistance of 153 Ω/â¡. The sheet resistance of the TCFs films changed little under 500 bending.
