Case study: Failure analysis for metal corrosion induced by pressure pot test

The transfer of a technology from a production line to another requires a product and process qualification plan, in order to warranty an adequate quality level. Often the difference in production equipments between the two sites forces to process changes that could introduce uncontrolled failure mode. In the present work an example of failure during qualification is presented. The analyses to identify the root cause are shows together with the recovery actions.
