The aim of this work is to find the optimal doping concentration in Ca2CrRe1-xMoxO6 Double Perovskite (DP) that gives TC in the range of room temperatures by using a Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) for a possible application in domestic magnetic refrigeration devices. Curie transition has been found at 296K for 26% of Mo doping concentration and at 291K for 29% of Mo doping concentration. Large magnetic entropy change has been found with significant extension around the transition temperature TCÂ =Â 296K. Large adiabatic change has been found ranging from 10.46K to 17.11K for magnetic field changes 1T and 4T, respectively. Large Relative Cooling Power (RCP) values have been found 34.80J.kgâ1 for 1T field and 48.61J.kgâ1 for 4T field. Our conclusion is that a Mo doping concentration between 26 and 29% could be optimal to make the DP Ca2CrRe1-xMoxO6 an excellent candidate for application in magnetic refrigeration devices at room temperature in a wide temperature range.
