The increases of the yield and ultimate strengths (a) of the aged alloy at 200-600 °C is accompanied by a more than doubled due to formation of ordered phases with Pt2Mo-type structure ((b) and (c)). Moreover, it is found that the Portevin-Le Châtelier (PLC) effect ((d) and (e)) can occur in the as-quenched and aged samples containing ordered phases at 400-700 °C. The pinning-unpinning between dislocations cross slip and solute atoms lead to the PLC effect in as-quenched samples at 400-700 °C, while both dynamic strain aging (DSA) and twinning of matrix are responsible for the PLC effect in aged sample during plastic deformation at 600 °C.230
