Toward Methodology of Satellite Observation Utilization for Agricultural Production Risk Assessment

Method of satellite derived spectral reflectance indexes of vegetation for crop productivity control and forecasting is proposed and discussed in the framework of general stochastic model of socio-economic regional development. Set of indexes is proposed for productivity control and its variability analysis. The method for analysis of uncertainties of productivity assessment by remote sensing data is proposed. Separate components of uncertainties and errors have been estimated for individual case study.
