The Influence of Collagen Impregnation of a Knitted Dacron Patch Used in Carotid Endarterectomy

The thrombosis and restenosis rates in the 2 groups were similar. This suggests that collagen-impregnated patches do not initiate thrombosis or increase restenosis rates after CEA.
