Comparing the Efficacy of Tadalafil Versus Placebo on Pulmonary Artery Systolic Pressure and Right Ventricular Function in Patients with Beta-Thalassaemia Intermedia

Tadalafil significantly decreased PASP and TRV in patients with beta-thalassaemia intermedia. Likewise, tadalafil improved right ventricular systolic function in the patients.
