Use of the same size-balloon technique via the radial approach for repositioning and re-implantation of inadequately expanded and dislodged drug eluting stent

Stent dislodgement over the delivery system is an important and serious complication of percutaneous coronary revascularisation. Several methods have been described previously for the treatment of stent dislodgement. We herein report a case of balloon rupture during stenting that was not deployed properly. The same-sized balloon was used for re-implantation without any complications.
