Morphologic features of the aortic arch and its branches in the adult Chinese population

The incidence of variations in arch branching is higher in women. Advanced age and male sex are risk factors for a steep aortic arch. The left VA directly originating from the arch is strongly correlated with right VAD and left VAH.
