Effectiveness of training final-year undergraduate nutritionists in motivational interviewing

Behaviour change counselling skills for nutritionists were enhanced, at one month post-training. MI training workshops with video feedback enhances communication skills which are likely to lead to positive consultation-behaviour changes in the trainee nutritionists.
