Adjuvant radiation therapy and survival for adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast

ACC of the breast has an excellent prognosis. Breast-conserving surgery is a reasonable alternative for patients with ACC of the breast, and adjuvant RT after lumpectomy improved survival rates.
