Lateral cervical approach for supracricoid partial laryngectomy

Supracricoid laryngectomy by a lateral approach is feasible and safe; it allows to perform a simultaneous neck dissection and the removal of the entire laryngeal specimen preserving ample healthy tissue compared to the classic anterior approach.
