An Assessment of the Pharmacokinetics of a Sustained-release Formulation of a Tramadol/Acetaminophen Combination in Healthy Subjects

The SR combination tramadol/acetaminophen tablet exhibited similar exposure and absorption rates compared with those of the IR formulation of tramadol, O-desmethyltramadol, and acetaminophen.
