Pharmacokinetics of a Novel Orodispersible Tablet of Sildenafil in Healthy Subjects

Sildenafil ODT, given with or without water, provides equivalent systemic exposure compared with marketed sildenafil film-coated oral tablets, thus offering a convenient alternative method of administration.
