Neuroprotective cadinane sesquiterpenes from the resinous exudates of Commiphora myrrha

Three new cadinane-type sesquiterpenes (1−3) were isolated from Commiphora myrrha. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. All the compounds showed neuroprotective effects.98
