Protective effect of olive oil and colocynth oil against cadmium-induced oxidative stress in the liver of Wistar rats

In conclusion, these results suggest that olive oil or colocynth oil consumption could protect the rat liver against Cd-induced injury by increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes and reducing oxidative stress.
