Anti-inflammatory effect of Sosihotang via inhibition of nuclear factor-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinases signaling pathways in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells

► Sosihotang inhibited inflammatory mediators including NO, iNOS and cytokines. ► Anti-inflammatory activity of Sosihotang was related with blockade on NF-κB and MAPK pathway. ► Sosihotang inhibited NO and IL-6 production in mouse primary macrophages. ► Anti-inflammatory effect of Sosihotang might be related with active components in Sosihotang.
