The protective effect of Canova homeopathic medicine in cyclophosphamide-treated non-human primates

► We evaluated Canova effects on non-human primate treated with cyclophosphamide. ► Cyclophosphamide induced abnormal WBC count, micronucleus and DNA damage in all animals. ► Canova treated animals presented a higher leukocyte count than the animals without this treatment. ► Animals treated with Canova presented lower frequency of micronucleus and DNA damage than animals without this medicine. ► Canova treatment minimizes cyclophosphamide myelotoxicity in Cebus apella.
