Determination of rhodamine B in soft drink, waste water and lipstick samples after solid phase extraction

► A solid phase extraction procedure for rhodamine B in water samples was presented. ► The method is based on the adsorption of rhodamine B on the Sepabeads SP 70 resin. ► Rhodamine B was determined by using UV visible spectrophotometry at 556 nm. ► The procedure was applied to soft drink, food and industrial waste water.
