Comparison of Two TeamSTEPPS® Training Methods on Nurse Failure-to-Rescue Performance

High-quality, in situ, simulation-based team training may have its greatest impact on improvement in nurse confidence in and performance of teamwork skills. However, the study indicates that, regardless of the method, well-designed educational programs are effective in improving nursing knowledge of care of complex patients.
