The effect of granulocyte colony stimulating factor receptor gene missense single nucleotide polymorphisms on peripheral blood stem cell enrichment

► Minor allele frequencies of 16 missense SNPs in G-CSF receptor were determined. ► Transplantation patients and donors treated with G-CSF were included in the study. ► Five SNPs (rs3917991, rs3918001, rs3918018, rs3918019, rs146617729) were detected. ► CD34+ cell counts were used as indicator of the SNPs' impact on G-CSF response. ► rs3918001, rs3918018, and rs3918019 may have influence on stem cell enrichment.
