Pilot study of interleukin-27 in pathogenesis of dermatomyositis and polymyositis: Associated with interstitial lung diseases

► The serum levels of IL-27 in DM and PM were higher than healthy controls. ► Significant higher levels of IL-27 were found in patients with ILD. ► Levels of IL-27 and CK were correlated only in high CK level group.
