Aberrant expressions of leptin and adiponectin receptor isoforms in chronic myeloid leukemia patients

► Leptin and adiponectin receptor expressions in CML pathogenesis are studied. ► All leptin receptors were downregulated in CML pathogenesis. ► While AdipoR1 expression increased in CML patients, AdipoR2 decreased. ► Adiponectin receptors could have different functions in CML development. ► Imatinib therapy did not affect the expression of leptin and adiponectin receptors.
