Significant association of antiphospholipid antibodies and TNF-alpha: Marker of severe atherogenic profile of patients with type II diabetes mellitus without micro and/or macrovascular complications

► We studied distribution of aPL Abs and TNF-alpha in type II diabetes mellitus without micro and/or macrovascular complications. ► Association of aPL and TNF-alpha might be marker of severe atherogenic profile. ► It is useful in detection of increased risk for future deterioration of the disease.
