Modulation of the expression of ryanodine receptor mRNA from Plutella xylostella as a result of diamide insecticide application

► The relation between diamides treatment and insect RyR mRNA expression was studied. ► The qRT-PCR showed that diamides could increase the Px-RyR expression abundance. ► The higher the diamide concentration, the higher expression of the Px-RyR mRNA. ► After removed from diamides, the Px-RyR expression slightly decreased.
