Invasive fungal infection in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus: Experience from a single institute of Northern China

► To determine IFI prevalence and associated risk factors in SLE patients in China. ► The most common fungal infection were Aspergillus and Cryptococcus neoformans. ► Lung was the most commonly involved organ. ► Large prednisone dose, high CRP and SLEDAI predicted poor prognosis of IFI in SLE.
