pLR: A lentiviral backbone series to stable transduction of bicistronic genes and exchange of promoters

► We construct a new series of bicistronic lentiviral vectors (pLR). ► pLR series includes plastic mcs, IRES and reporter genes. ► pLR series includes unique restriction sites to exchange promoters. ► pLR series was efficient with strong fluorescence in transducted cells.
